We accept fighters from diverse backgrounds: military service members, law enforcement, professional combat sports athletes, and verified underground competitors with documented records.

MEDICAL CLEARANCE

Comprehensive medical evaluation including cardiovascular, neurological, and ophthalmological screening. All exams must be completed within 90 days of application. BOTB covers all medical costs.

CLEAN RECORD

No active suspensions from athletic commissions. No felony convictions within the past 10 years. Background verification is mandatory.
